Nottanta Labs LLP ("we", "us") provides servers, colocation and managed hosting. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare any quote you ask for.
- To provide and support services you take up with us.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website:
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this website.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts this site uses; your browser contacts Google to load them.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our communication with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, email hello@nottanta.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
